One Month Old

Here's Micah at one month old. He's just starting to smile! Oh, how I love it! It's amazing to me how much he's grown and changed in this first month of his life. He looks so different to me now, than he did when he was first born, and even two weeks ago. They're going to look at his passport and say, "Is that the same kid?!?".

Two weeks today

With Micah turning two weeks old today I am relieved Allison and I have made it through another week of "Baby Boot Camp" Sometimes he is the most adorable thing I have ever seen (like when he is sleeping on my chest) and other times we can't seem to get him to stop screaming. Those late night two hour screaming sessions can really wear on the nerves but when you have those fun moments like styling his hair after his bath it kinda makes you forget he kept you up half the night. We know time goes soooo quickly. Despite his screaming Allison and I are doing well to soak in this time as he is only this tiny once!

One Week Old

Here is my beautiful babe, one week old today, on the lovely quilt my friend April made for him.

I can't believe that it's been a week already! It's gone by so fast. I am just amazed at this new little life and so happy that he's mine.
